Programs
Voluntary, land-based and trauma-informed — woven through the gentle rhythm of homestead life in Victoria, Australia.
Voluntary family support designed to keep mothers and children together during the hardest seasons — a soft landing with safety, calm and practical help.
Short-term supported accommodation offering structure, privacy and dignity while families steady themselves and plan a confident path forward.
Lavender production, drying and craft, gardening therapy, nature walks, seasonal harvests and community workshops.
Environment as Intervention
Environment is part of the intervention.
The Farm uses land-based daily structure, practical activity and cognitive strength tasks to support autonomy, confidence, responsibility, emotional regulation and personal agency. Work on the land is gentle, purposeful and predictable — designed to give the day a shape that a person can trust.
Through this rhythm, women rebuild ownership of their space, confidence in themselves, and practical expectations around parenting, womanhood, personal responsibility and custodianship of the earth. Progress is measured in small, visible things: a bed weeded, a seedling that lived, a task finished together.

Care, Routine and Regulation
Animals ask for gentleness, consistency and calm — and give back trust. Daily animal care supports responsibility, routine and emotional regulation for both women and children, at a pace that suits each person.
Future capacity: Where suitable, future pathways may include supported dog boarding and readiness work for dogs with the temperament and training potential to assist their owners. We do not provide certified assistance-animal training.
Seasonal Rhythm & Gentle Enterprise
From seed to shelf, the lavender year gives participants a full, repeatable cycle to belong to. It is a gentle pathway into confidence, enterprise and seasonal rhythm — sensory-friendly, quiet, and easy to step into at any level of capacity.

Community Enterprise
The Loved and Lost Items Shed & Store
An onsite second-hand dealer and opportunity shop supporting sanctuary sustainability, charity and property financing, and circular economy practice. Every donation is given a second life, and every shift is a structured opportunity to practise real work.
Flagship Farm & Social Enterprise
For Her Future Farms is our flagship farm and social enterprise — designed to grow purpose, confidence, skill and brighter futures alongside food and flowers. It holds maternal connection and community integration at its centre, with nature-based learning as the teacher.

Larry Lavender — our gentle scarecrow, keeping watch over the fields.
Practical Pathways
These are not just activities. They are structured opportunities to practise purpose, reliability, communication and confidence.

Rhythm of the Day
The day begins together and ends together. Daily congregation and a morning meeting set the plan, check appointments, celebrate progress and name challenges early — before they grow.
Residents may have three to four days per week booked with a support worker, service provider, health professional, legal service, housing service, education provider, corrections appointment, Child Protection appointment, doctor, counsellor or other relevant professional.
Where relevant, court, corrections, Child Protection, health or professional recommendations are built into the weekly structure in partnership with the resident and appropriate services.
Communication Training
Practical communication training for real life — with children, services, family and self. It is taught gently, practised daily, and never used to correct or shame.
“We practise language that helps women respond rather than collapse, defend or disappear.”
Together, Not Apart
Mothers are supported to strengthen connection with their children through ordinary, shared moments — not observation and judgement. Learning happens alongside children, and trust is rebuilt in the doing.

Room to Breathe
“Art, firelight, gardens and quiet spaces create room for conversations that may not emerge in an office.”
Counselling and clinical supports are provided in partnership with appropriately qualified professionals and services.
The Heart of the House
Hospitality is part of household confidence, employment pathways and community rhythm — the table where the day is shared.
